We have a Team of professionals and competent individuals having unique and abundant / proven experience in their respective field / subjects. Individuals taking lead role in the Team NCATS are:-
Brigadier Shahid Mahmood Ch, S.I (M)-R.
    Brigadier Shahid Mahmood Ch. is a graduate of Pakistan Military Academy Kakul, Command & Staff College Quetta, George Marshall Institute of Strategic Studies Germany, and National Defence University Islamabad. He always took keen interest in educational activities and has been Vice Chairman of Pakistan Rangers Schools System, and Army Public Schools. He also worked as Chief Executive Rahbar Medical & Dental College. He had an illustrious military career and worked as Deputy Director General Punjab Rangers and Administrator Defense Housing Authority Bahawalpur. After retirement, he has fully devoted himself to promote literacy and education in under-developed areas. He is the CEO and leading the Team N-CATS.
Proff. Dr. Anila Asghar.
   Dr. Anila Asghar earned her doctorate from Harvard University and carried out her postdoctoral research fellowship at McGill University. Her doctoral research focused on cognitive and emotional development in the context of learning science. Her post-doctoral research examined the interactions among Islam, science, education, and culture. She has a vast teaching experience and presently is also an approved supervisor for Ph.D. Students MacGill University, Montreal, Canada. She is leading the team responsible for designing and supervising Math and Science Contests.
Dr. Rashid Ali Baloch.
   Dr. Rashid Ali Baloch is an eminent educationist, researcher, and organizational scholar. He earned his Ph.D. with a specialization in Students’ Career Choices and Selection & Recruitment Processes. He was vast instructional experience and professional expertise spans interactive learning, distance education, curriculum development, academic planning, focused teaching methodologies, behavioral analysis and management, discipline strategies, instructional technology, grading and assessments, associate degrees / diploma designing and program mapping etc. He is leading the team responsible for designing and supervising English Contest.
Proff. Dr. Musarrat Yasmeen.
   Dr. Musarrat Yasmin did her Masters in Urdu from University of Punjab and earned her Ph.D. from National University of Modern Languages (NUML) Islamabad. She had more than 35 years of instructional experience in various Government Colleges and taught to inter, graduate and post-graduate students. She has done various training courses regarding curriculum development and academic planning. She is a passionate and genuine Urdu lover and has dedicated her life to promote Urdu language. She is leading the team responsible for designing and supervising Urdu Contest.
Col Tahir Waheed (R).
   Col Tahir Waheed is a graduate of Pakistan Military Academy and has vast administrative and operational experience. He is an accomplished poet and a professional calligraphist. With his deep sense of creativity and skill, he has a keen interest in education and early childhood learning. He has remined associated with educational and literary activities throughout his service and after retirement. He has the honor of being a founding principal of one of the Army Public School and served at that position for more than thirteen years. He is leading the team responsible for supervising Art Contest and assisting for Urdu Contest.
Col Zafar Iqbal (R).
   Col Zafar Iqbal has a vast experience in the field of education during service as well as after retirement. He has been Deputy Director of Pakistan Rangers School Systems as well as principal of various prestigious institutions. He is Director Programme & Operations of N-CATS and is responsible to supervise and conduct the CONTESTS.
